Hello, everyone!
My name is Jason and I am a TEFL-certified English teacher from the United States of America.
As of May 2026 I have around four years of instructional experience and have succeeded in helping numerous students improve their skills in academic, general, and business English.
My lessons typically adhere to a before/during/after (BDA) structure. According to this framework, students learn new material during class time and complete preparatory and consolidation assignments on non-lesson days. Exercises integrate traditional learning resources (e.g., worksheets, books, novels, recordings etc.) with digital applications like large language models (ChatGPT and Claude), Google Workplace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
As a lover of the humanities, I try to incorporate different materials from literature, history, politics, art, and philosophy to make lessons more intellectually stimulating.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my wife and friends, travelling, walking, reading, going to the cinema, and visiting museums.
Like many of you, I absolutely love to learn new languages. Over the past five years, I have obtained advanced proficiency in Russian (C1), intermediate fluency in Polish and Ukrainian (B1), and a pre-intermediate knowledge of German (A2).
I am a deeply compassionate teacher, and I understand the various joys and challenges associated with studying a foreign language. Therefore, whatever your goals are, I promise that I will do everything I can to help you succeed in your English-learning journey!
